Stabilising Narrow Speakers

I have a pair of narrow (20cm) floor standing speakers that are top heavy and pretty easy tip over. I'm looking to stabilise them with something like outriggers. I've seen suggestions that involved filling with sand etc., but that would impact the speaker volume and sound.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there any universal outriggers easily available off the shelf? Any other suggestions for the short term and long term?

I did manage a rather crude fix for now. I works exactly as needed.

These are adjustable furniture levelling feet that I had lying around. They are meant to be screwed into the furniture, but I just used double sided tape. The speaker still rests on manufacturer supplied feet with the "outriggers" just making light contact with the floor.

So, my fears of the cat hopping onto the speaker and toppling it are currently allayed.
